Opt-In Consent

As stated in the definitions of the 2020 Code “Opt-In Consent is an affirmative action taken by a user that manifests the intent to opt in to an activity described in a clear and conspicuous notice. An NAI member may obtain Opt-In Consent directly from a user, or through reasonable assurances that a partner interacting directly with the user has obtained such consent on the member’s behalf.”
