Letter on Florida Bills

On behalf of the advertising industry, we oppose Florida SB 1734 and HB 969 (the “Bills”). We offer the following comments summarizing our concerns with the proposed legislation and ask the legislature not to move forward with the Bills. As the nation’s leading advertising and marketing trade associations, we collectively represent thousands of companies across the country ranging from small businesses to household brands, advertising agencies, and technology providers that do business in Florida.
